Flight out of Wilmington diverted to Myrtle Beach

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- Wilmington International Airport officials confirm a flight out of ILM en route to Atlanta was diverted to Myrtle Beach. Officials say the pilot of Delta flight 4969 had a concern of mechanical problems and decided to divert the plane. That flight was rescheduled to leave for Atlanta just before 10 p.m. Monday.
