PAL starts 'all-in, low fare' promo

Philippine Airlines is offering an all-in, low fare promo for all of its domestic flights and selected international flights. With the promo, PAL said there will be no hidden charges since the promo fares would include taxes, fees and surcharges, except for ticketing service and terminal fees.
